At Opulent Lighting Co., every chandelier is custom-made to order. Because each piece is handcrafted with care, we ask our clients to review and understand the following policies before placing an order.
Sizing & Measurements
All sizing and measurement details must be provided by the customer, contractor, or designer.
Opulent Lighting Co. is not responsible for sizing errors once an order has been confirmed.
We will provide specifications/drawings for approval before production begins.
Installation
Installation is not included with your order.
All chandeliers must be installed by a licensed electrician or contractor.
Opulent Lighting Co. is not liable for damages, injuries, or costs resulting from improper installation.
Production Updates
During the production process, we provide periodic updates, including images or videos, to show the progress of your handcrafted chandelier.
This ensures transparency and allows you to follow the creation of your custom piece from workshop to completion.
Shipping & Delivery
Each chandelier is inspected and securely packaged prior to shipment.
Standard lead times: 4–6 weeks for standard chandeliers, 8–12 weeks for large-scale custom projects.
International shipping is available. Delivery times may vary based on customs clearance and logistics.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Returns & Refunds
All chandeliers are custom-made to order. Once production has begun, all sales are final.
In the rare case of damage during shipping or manufacturer defect, we will provide a partial/full refund or replacement, at our discretion.
Damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the chandelier and packaging.
Refunds/replacements will not be provided for:
Incorrect sizing provided by the customer
Damages after successful delivery
Improper installation or handling
Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to begin production on all chandelier orders.
This deposit ensures that our team can allocate materials, reserve production time, and begin the customization process.
The remaining 50% balance is due prior to shipment.
Because each chandelier is custom-made, deposits are non-refundable once production has started.
Warranty
All chandeliers include a limited 6-month warranty covering manufacturer defects (such as structural frame issues or missing components).
Warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from installation, or misuse.
